Replek AD Skopje puts significant attention to the protection of personal data in every segment of the business processes, by applying the standards set by the laws and bylaws for personal data protection in the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as the internal acts of the company.

This privacy policy provides general information about the processing of personal data when you visit our website (hereinafter “the website”) and / or when you use it in other ways, i.e. when you register on it.

This privacy policy is in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, published in the Official Gazette issue no. 42 on 16.2.2020.

Replek AD uses the data obtained in connection with reports of adverse drug reactions solely for the purpose of monitoring adverse reactions, so that any reported adverse reactions are properly documented, assessed and reported in accordance with legal obligations, in order to identify and prevent adverse reactions or other risks associated with drug use. Replek AD may forward the data submitted to the competent authorities in accordance with its legal obligations for pharmacovigilance. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

The personal data that you submit when applying for jobs in Replek AD, i.e. when registering on the website for that purpose, are used to communicate with you and to exchange additional data related to your application, thus storing this data as reference data in the systems designed to manage the information provided. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

We collect data through social networks and platforms, through the content you create and share with us on social networks and third party platforms or if you post it on any of our pages or applications, including the use of third party applications or platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Content may include photographs, videos, personal stories or other similar content related to Replek and Replek AD products, as well as shared data in order to participate in organized competitions and promotional activities. Remember that all the content you post on social networks and platforms is available to the public, so be careful when sharing certain personal data. We may also collect any personal data you share publicly that is part of your account and any additional information or activities you post on social networks and platforms. At the same time, we collect data about you whenever you interact with us through social networks and platforms, but also whenever you use the social networking function, integrated on the pages of Replek AD. 

You may use our website without disclosing your personal data. You have no obligation to disclose your personal data as a condition of using our website, unless you voluntarily submit data or use one of the available forms for a specific purpose

Because we fully respect the data minimization principle, we collect only those personal data that are necessary, relevant and limited to the needs for the purposes for which they are processed.

Each time you visit our website, our web server temporarily registers your IP address, browser type, visit time, and link to the page you visited.

The types of personal data we collect depend on the categories of subjects and the processing activities.

Replek AD takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and protection of the processing of your personal data at its disposal, in order to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure or their possible misuse. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees who have a real need to come into contact with that data in order to achieve the purpose for which they are given.

We do not share information about you and / or your visit to our site with third parties, except in the case of hiring service providers, if Replek AD hires them as processors, which will oblige them to act according to the instructions of Replek AD and provide protection of personal data processed during the provision of those services, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations for personal data protection.

Neither we, nor our partners will transfer your personal data to third parties in any form unless we obtain your consent or are legally bound to do so. Replek AD retains control over the use of this data.
