FORVITA® ANTI-STRESS film coated tablets are a combination of magnesium and vitamin B6, substances that are important for metabolism.
Magnesium is a mineral of great importance for the body. It is necessary to supply the cells with energy and plays a significant role in the activation of the enzymes.
Vitamin B6 is an essential water-soluble vitamin that should be taken with food or by using products that contain Vitamin B6, as it is not produced or stored in the body.

Adults and children above 14 years old can take 1-3 film coated tablets daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

1 film coated tablet contains 500 mg Magnesium lactate 2-hudrate (equivalent to 50 mg Magnesium) and 2 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride.
